How do you change the electric service into new owners name?

A deposited may be collected based on your credit rating. Deposits collected are credited back to the member after six months of consecutive on-time payments.

We will then determine the type of service you are signing up for and the appropriate rate class. A deposit may be collected based on your credit rating. Deposits collected are credited back to the member after six months of consecutive on-time payments.

Service Charge	All new services will be charged $250.00
Overhead Primary Permanent Residence Mobile Home Seasonal Home	$4.30/ft. over 900 ft. along public road $4.30/ft. over 300 ft. off public road
Overhead Secondary	No charge - 200 ft. maximum
Underground Secondary	150 ft. (trench length) 4/0 TX - no charge $2.00/ft. over first 100 ft. for 350 MCM TX (maximum 250 ft. trench length)
Underground Primary Individual Developer	$1.00/ft. up to 300 ft. off road $5.30/ft. plus $2500 for each transformer Holmes-Wayne furnishes 2 inch pipe. Actual cost, reimbursed per lot hook-up for maximum of five years.
Right-of-Way Clearing - 1st time	Customer clears ROW on his own property. Holmes-Wayne clears ROW in all other areas, public, or private.
Temporary Service	No Charge
Oil Wells & Freezer Barns Primary Overhead	$4.30/ft. for entire line length

Note: Customer is responsible for all trenching and backfilling, 3 inch sch.40 PVC required for secondary cable.
